Dinner Tonight


Porkchops with Cranberry Stuffing & Baked Apples


Yowsa! This was insainley delicious!


Preheat oven to 375 degrees


I used about 2 1/2 pounds of bonless pork chops (sea salted on both sides)

3 apples (cored and sprinked w/cinnamon)

Stove Top Pork Stuffing (made with apple juice and dried cranberries)


Line a 9x 13 bking dish with you sliced up apples w/cinnamon

Place pork chops in the center

Make Pork Stuffing as indicated on the box expcept...use 1 cup of apple juice and 1/2 cup of water till boiling and add 1/4 cup of dried cranberries as your strirring the mixture w/the boiling water/juice

Scoop the stuffing w an ice cream scoop onto the chops

Spray a piece of aluminum foil w/cooking spray and place that side down on top of the baking dish


Bake for 40 minutes

    You comment just MADE MY DAY! You made a dish! Too cool! Now tell me, was that not the EASIEST dish EVER!? LOL! Yes! I am hoping to attend the Borgata concert! Haven't purchased tickets yet..but yes I am hoping to attend. Thank you again for you sweet comments!

  3. Oh I loooove your recipes...I talked to your mom and told her how much I love them..I made the Chunky Soup as I told you and the porkchops with stuffing last night..so good and so easy! I hope you make it to the concert at the Borgata..we have gone to a few concerts there and they are always good!

  4. I've seen Rick there multiple times (yes I love it there!)...but unfortunatley as it turns out I will not be attending the Borgata concert this month. It's a bummer, but it's on a Friday night. I'm not worried though, I think I can make it to his Peakskill, NY concert in early November...it's on a Saturday too I believe...whew! :)
